My career in the construction industry has spanned more than twenty years, during which time I have worked as an Architect and Development Project Manager, and have produced over 2500 multi-family units. My work has encompassed a wide variety of project types including single and multi-family residential, mixed use residential/retail, commercial/retail and high rise office and my background as a licensed Architect gives me a unique perspective on the development process.

My personal work ethic values work as a path to personal growth and I have a special skill in motivating and directing the project teams to create high quality, adding value to the project.




Owner's Representative/ Project Manager for numerous projects including residential mixed use and retail/commercial office. Responsibilities include due diligence research, site analysis and acquisition, zoning and land use analysis, assembly and supervision of consultant teams, land use entitlement and complete construction management through project close out.

CAPCO PLAZA, a $50 million, urban mixed-use development on a block wide site in West Seattle. Uses include 67,000 square feet of retail space on two levels at grade, with 157 apartments in five level above. Major tenants include a 40,000 square foot QFC grocery store and a 20,000 square feet Office Depot store. Apartments have excellent views and feature solid wood cabinets with granite countertops, wood grain flooring and carpeting.

SOUTHPORT, a $300 million, mixed-use development on a 17-acre site on Lake Washington in Renton. Uses include 750,000sf of office in three towers with structured parking, a 220-room luxury hotel and restaurant, two luxury apartment buildings with a total of 400 units.

THE BRISTOL at SOUTHPORT, a $24 million, 188 unit luxury apartment building with 7,800sf street level retail space in the Southport development on Lake Washington in Renton. Five story wood framed building over two levels of structured parking.

THE SHELBY, a $14 million, 98 unit luxury apartment building with 6,000sf street level retail space in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle. Five story wood framed building over underground parking.

THE GARDENS AT TOWN SQUARE, a $20 million, 170 unit luxury assisted living retirement community in downtown Bellevue with a 26 unit Alzheimer facility. Amenities include three dining rooms, exercise room, hair salon, gift shop with wine cellar, computer center, and multi-media theater.

BELLE ARTS, an $18 million mixed use building with 128 apartment units and 8000sf of retail space in Bellevue’s downtown. Four stories of wood framing over multi-level structured parking. TERA, a $16 million mixed use building with 161 apartment units and 8,100sf ground floor commercial space located in downtown Kirkland. Four stories of wood framing over two levels of structured parking.

AMBASSADOR I & II, two phase project in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. Phase I consisted of a $1.3 million renovation of an existing hotel structure to a 48-unit apartment building with ground level commercial space. Phase II was a newly constructed $3.2 million, 65-unit condominium complex with commercial space.

JACKSON COURT, a $2.9 million Capitol Hill project consisting of 53 apartment units, later sold as condominium units.


Responsible for production of Construction Documents, integration of the requirements of the Structural, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and coordination with the General Contractor's Project Manager to ensure design continuity in the field.

BOEING COMMERCIAL AIRPLANE GROUP HEADQUARTERS, Renton, Washington. $180 million, 300,000sf office building in a campus setting at Boeing's Longacres site. SOUTH TOWNE MALL, Sandy, Utah. $12 million, 435,000sf regional mall with hotel. Complete design of mall shell, interior space and food court.

LYNNWOOD CENTER, Lynnwood, Washington. $6.5 million, 175,000sf renovation of existing open retail center.

BELLEVUE PLACE, Bellevue, Washington. $155 million, 1,200,000sf of new retail/commercial development with underground parking, grade level plaza, five-story retail office building, twenty six-story hotel, twenty three-story office tower, and four-story atrium lobby.

ANCHORAGE FIFTH AVENUE MALL, Anchorage, Alaska. $45 million, 365,000sf five story mall in downtown Anchorage. Sky bridge connections to existing Nordstroms and new four story parking garage. Five story atrium with skylight above food court.

HAMPTON GREENS, 148th St., Bellevue, Washington. 326 units in 35 buildinigs plus recreation building and pool. 248,000sf total on a 16.4 acre site yielding a density of 20 du/ac.

MILL TOWNE APARTMENTS, Hwy 522, Mill Creek Washington. 316 units in 20 buildings plus recreation building , pool and tennis court. 242,000sf total on a 20.1 acre site yielding a density of 15.7 du/ac.

BRIARWOOD APARTMENTS, 148th St. Bellevue, Washington. 124 units plus recreation building with pool.
