	The Gardens at Town Square 933 111th Avenue NE, Bellevue The Gardens is a 177 unit assisted living facility with an Alzheimer care unit, a commercial kitchen and three dining rooms. Resident amenities include a twenty eight seat theater, gift shop/wine cellar, billiard room, computer center with internet connectivity, hair salon and coffe shop/bistro. Completed in 1998, The Gardens offers gracious retirement living in the heart of downtown Bellevue.		BelleArts The Belle Arts Apartments located in downtown Bellevue is built over two levels of underground parking, and consists of two separate buildings each containing four stories of residential units with ground floor commercial space. Each of the unit plans are efficient yet spacious and are finished with hardwood style floors and stone accents. In addition, each unit provides the convenience of a full size washer and dryer. State-of-the-Art High Speed Internet access and digital cable service will cater to the high tech sector of the work force. Belle Arts is currently in lease-up.

	528 Central Way NE, Kirkland 98033 Located in the heart of Kirkland, Tera consists of 161 residential units in three separate buildings with ground level retail and two levels of secured parking. Each of the three buildings has its own architectural identity. All units are spacious with luxurious finishes including hardwood style floors, decorator appliances, art lighting and stone accents. In addition, each unit provides the convenience of a full size washer and dryer. High-Speed Internet access and digital cable service are available at the option of the resident. Views of Lake Washington and the Seattle skyline can be seen from many of the apartments.		Southport 1100 Lake Washington Blvd. North, Renton, Washington The Bristol at Southport is currently under construction.
